Redeeming a Nevermind Steam Code

If you are new to Steam

If you are unfamiliar with Steam, it is an internet-based gaming and social networking platform developed by Valve Corporation. Steam offers a catalog of PC, Mac, and Linux games (they have over 4,500 games from Action to Indie and everything in-between) and has 125 million active users.

To get started, download and install the Steam application by clicking on the green “Install Steam Now” button here: http://store.steampowered.com/about/ and go through the steps to create an account. You can then enter the Nevermind code (see below).

If you are already familiar with Steam

• To enter and activate your Steam code, first launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account.

  Important Note: Make sure that you are activating your game through the Steam application. The Steam website cannot be used to activate a game.

• Click the Games Menu at the top of the screen (not in the Steam window).

• Choose “Activate a Product on Steam…”

• Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
