Nevermind Privacy Policy

Nevermind does not collect, market, or sell your personal data in any way. Your gameplay data may be backed up to platform-specific cloud storage (e.g. Steam Cloud), but that data is accessed by no one except you. If you use Nevermind’s heart rate or emotion-detection functionality, any biofeedback data remains local to your computer and only for the duration of each individual gameplay session. It is not saved or shared.
